I had the great pleasure of being an artist in residence at the Caetani Cultural Centre in Vernon, BC. Although I have a studio in my home, I needed something a bit bigger in May.
It was a great way to work through a bunch of ideas and bodies of work quickly and simultaneously. As you can see below, I like to hang everything I'm working on. This past summer (2011) I had the privilege of participating in a self-directed residency at the Banff Centre. I was there for 7 weeks and had a wonderful time - made some new work and met lots of fabulous people.
